Shipping & Returns

Every Aperiolis work is produced to order using museum-grade materials and professional finishing methods. Each piece is individually printed, assembled, inspected, and packaged specifically for you.

Because of this, all orders are treated as custom artwork productions rather than mass-produced inventory.


Production Time

All works are made to order.

Estimated production times:

  • Prints: approximately 3–5 business days
  • Framed and mounted works: approximately 5–7 business days

Production timelines may extend slightly during holidays, exhibitions, collection launches, or periods of elevated demand.


Shipping Time

Once production is complete, your order is carefully packaged and shipped directly to your location.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • United States & Europe: approximately 5–10 business days
  • International destinations: approximately 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Customs processing
  • Carrier routing
  • Frame size and format
  • Seasonal shipping volume

All delivery estimates are based on business days (Monday–Friday).


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted international carriers including:

  • DHL
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DPD
  • TNT

Larger framed works may require specialty handling and extended transit times.

For oversized pieces, additional delivery coordination may occur to ensure safe arrival.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates can occasionally pause while packages move between international or regional carriers
  • Multiple-item orders may arrive in separate shipments
  • Larger works may travel through specialized freight handling networks

If your tracking appears temporarily inactive, this does not necessarily indicate an issue with delivery.


International Orders & Customs

We proudly ship worldwide.

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • Local taxes
  • Brokerage charges

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Aperiolis is unable to estimate or reimburse international customs charges.


Packaging & Handling

Each work is professionally packaged to protect the piece during transit.

Depending on the format and size:

  • Smaller prints may ship flat
  • Larger prints may ship rolled in protective tubes
  • Framed works are securely boxed with protective reinforcement

Please handle framed works carefully upon arrival and retain all original packaging until the piece has been fully inspected.


Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

This includes:

  • Shipping address
  • Print size
  • Frame selection
  • Border selection
  • Color choice

Because all works enter production shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been processed.


Returns & Exchanges

Because every Aperiolis work is custom-produced to order, we do not accept standard returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

All sales are considered final once production has begun.

This policy exists because each piece is individually manufactured according to the exact specifications selected during checkout.


Damaged Orders & Satisfaction Support

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

Every piece is carefully inspected before shipment, but in the rare event that an order arrives damaged or does not meet expectations, we will work directly with our production team to resolve the issue.

If there is a problem with your order:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include clear photographs of:
    • The artwork
    • The packaging
    • Any visible damage or issue
  3. Email everything to:

Depending on the situation, we may arrange:

  • A replacement
  • A remake
  • A resolution or compensation where appropriate
