Refund policy

Every Aperiolis work is custom-produced to order using museum-grade archival materials and framing processes.

Because of the made-to-order nature of our work, all sales are considered final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept standard returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Satisfaction Commitment

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not meet expected production standards, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Reproduction
  • Compensation where appropriate

Custom Production

Each piece is individually produced according to the customer’s selected:

  • Size
  • Framing configuration
  • Border treatment
  • Finish options

As a result, orders cannot be restocked or resold once produced.

Color & Display Variation

Please note that slight variations in color and brightness may occur between on-screen previews and final printed works due to differences in monitor calibration and print reproduction processes.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused at delivery or abandoned during customs processing may not be eligible for refund.
