All Aperiolis works are produced to order using museum-grade materials and professional archival printing and framing processes.

Each piece is custom-made specifically for the collector at the time of purchase.

Production Time

Production typically requires 3–5 business days before shipment, depending on the size and framing configuration selected.

Larger framed works and exhibition-scale pieces may require additional preparation time.

Shipping Time

Once production is complete, orders are shipped directly to their destination.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • United States & Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs processing, carrier conditions, destination region, and seasonal demand.

Carriers

Orders are shipped through trusted international carriers including DHL, UPS, FedEx/TNT, and DPD depending on destination and package size.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Large Format Deliveries

Oversized works may require special delivery handling depending on destination and dimensions.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information, sizing selections, and framing choices are accurate before completing your order.

Because all works are custom produced, orders cannot be modified once production has begun.

Shipping Damage

Every piece is carefully packaged to protect the work during transit.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the artwork
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping box

We will work promptly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement when appropriate.
